Jason Weaver, CEO and Chief Marketing Strategist
Jason Weaver, founder and chief executive officer of Sway, has over 15 years experience as an entrepreneur, executive, and innovator. Jason has worked as an online marketing strategist for numerous social community projects, such as, Sony's Acidplanet, Broadjam.com, and MI7 in Europe. In 2004, Jason realized the opportunity to work collaboratively through social networks, helping them place engagement marketing campaigns within their communities. Jason's passion for social media continues through the development of proprietary tools such as Shoutlet. Jason has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Ohio University.

Edward D. Muir, COO and CFO
Ed is a respected and experienced CEO, with a strong financial discipline. His career has primarily been in the direct marketing industry where he led companies in strategy, execution, acquisitions, and marketing. Ed has actively participated in the management of smaller technology companies in which he is an investor, including serving as president with a social community. Ed has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
Leah Clevenger, Director of Business Development
Leah has been involved in the advertising and marketing industries for the past 15 years, working with large national and international clients and their agencies, including McDonald's, Sara Lee, Caterpillar Inc., Estee Lauder, Neutrogena, and GE. She spent the first three years of her career working in the IT industry assisting start-up dot-com companies in designing and building their network infrastructures and security systems.

Milissa Rick, Director of Research
Milissa Rick has over 12 years experience in the field of marketing research, assisting manufacturers, technology businesses, and entrepreneurs with product and market development decisions. Milissa has worked with major companies including SC Johnson, Johnson Diversey, Kraft, Kimberly Clark, Capital One, Wachovia, and Potawatomi Bingo and Casino. During her career, she has taught a multitude of workshops on new product development and early stage market research, as well as several undergraduate courses in Marketing Research, Marketing Principles, and Product Policy. Milissa holds a BA and MBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
Miriam Frost Jungwirth, Senior Director of Product Development
Frost has been active in online development for more than 10 years. She has an extensive background in advertising, marketing, and business communications. This, combined with her expert skills in user experience, graphic design, and web coding, have helped her successfully spearhead Shoutlet development. Previous experience includes work for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and American Family Insurance. She has also developed projects for the retail, hospitality, education, and music industries, most recently working with Lands' End and MI7. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
